Peter and the Starcatcher

In this 2015 PlayMakers Repertory Production of Peter and the Starcatcher, the character of Molly Aster (designed by Holly Poe Durbin) dressed as a young girl with a determined "can-do" attitude. The actors begin the show as modern day narrators and change into their characters on stage, so she needed to be able to get dressed on her own. The closures were rigged so that it would appear to be a simple bib front opening, but the bodice snaps down behind a pleat and the skirt has a zipper in it. The petticoat is built in for speed of dressing.

As a first hand, I cut and stitched the dress.
